The request form asks for your name, best phone number, property city or ZIP, selected service category, and any project details you choose to provide. An email address is optional. This information is submitted to Happy Days so the team can understand the request and follow up about the property.
How the information is used
Happy Days uses inspection-request information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the roofing or exterior concern you described, and coordinate the next conversation. Form submissions are retained in the website’s lead system and delivered to the business email workflow. The form should not be used to send highly sensitive information.
Website analytics
The site uses Umami analytics to understand general website activity. After a successful inspection request, the site records an event named inspection_request_submitted with only the selected service category. Customer contact details and project notes are not included in that analytics event. If you select a general path in the Roof Concern Check, the site records roof_concern_selected with only that general concern category, such as leak, storm, repair, replacement, or planning. It does not include typed form details or contact information.
